Seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in foreclosure and real estate law . The attorney will manage foreclosure matters, communicate directly with clients, and handle cases from initial review through resolution. Key Responsibilities: Handle residential/commercial foreclosure matters . Prepare pleadings, motions, notices, and legal documents. Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings. Communicate regularly with clients, lenders, servicers, and opposing counsel. Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with WV laws and court rules. Manage case deadlines, documentation, and caseload independently. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school. Prior foreclosure experience required . Client-facing/customer relationship experience. Experience in Real Estate, Creditor Rights, Collections, Bankruptcy, or Civil Litigation is a plus. Strong communication, legal writing, and case-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
