Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Charleston, West Virginia office of FBT Gibbons seeks a Business Litigation Associate. Qualifications 2–3 years of litigation experience Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team West Virginia licensure, or ability to obtain it Compensation Salary range: $140,000 to $150,000 Quarterly and annual objective bonuses (maximum approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level) Benefits: Medical (HSA with employer contribution or PPO options), Dental and vision coverage, Life insurance, Short- and long‑term disability, Various parental leaves, Sick and vacation time Why FBT Gibbons?
