Process Management Specialist

To support the Business Solutions Team, the full-time remote Process Management Specialist will lead high-impact initiatives in Group Insurance, focusing on data-driven problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead and execute initiatives addressing complex Group Insurance business challenges from problem definition through implementation Apply structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and drive measurable improvements Own project planning, stakeholder communications, and resource coordination across multiple initiatives Required qualifications Lean Six Sigma or project management certification with demonstrated experience in complex environments Deep knowledge of Group Insurance products, operations, and service models Strong project and initiative management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proven ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools, including Excel and Power BI
