You can review the additional job description section on postings for documents that may be required.* Prior to submitting your application, please review and update (if necessary) the information in your candidate profile as it will transfer to your application.## Job Title:Athletic Conditioning Specialist## Department:Ambulatory Services | Sports Medicine Administration**Job Description** Responsible for assisting in the development, organization, direct marketing and delivery of the Sports Medicine Center's Strength & Conditioning Services including, but not limited to: high school contracts, team speed and agility training, customized injury prevention programming, personal and group training. Ensures emphasis on evidence-based programming and promotes synergistic relationships with other Sports Medicine clinical services and programming. **Required Qualifications** Minimum qualifications include bachelors degree and certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and/or American College of Sports Medicine. Advanced degree preferred. Examples of additional desired certifications include: Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field, Titleist Performance Institute, and Crossfit. Previous experience working with athletic populations required.
