This position coordinates maintenance team activities, prioritizes repairs, supports preventative maintenance programs, and assists with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.Leadership & Team CoordinationAssign and prioritize daily maintenance work orders and repair activitiesProvide technical guidance and support to maintenance ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair corrugators, converting equipment, conveyors, glue systems, pumps, motors, and other production machineryIdentify and repair air, water, glue, oil, steam, vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic system leaksTroubleshoot and repair pumps, pump systems, cylinders, and related mechanical componentsInstall, replace, maintain, and align:BearingsBushingsLocking collarsChains and sprocketsBelts and pulleysRollers and shaftsGearboxesTensioners and related drive componentsPerform precision alignment, squaring, tensioning, and tolerance adjustments on equipment and machineryDisassemble, rebuild, and reassemble production equipment, racking systems, and machinery componentsFabricate, modify, and repair damaged parts and equipment using welding, cutting, grinding, machining, fastening, and other repair techniquesAssist with equipment installations, rebuilds, roll changes, shutdowns, and major repair projectsLead rigging and setup activities for large repairs and equipment changeoversRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsAnalyze machine performance and operating industrial mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experienceAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong industrial troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, service technicians, and team membersWorking knowledge of industrial facility systems, including structural, electrical, and plumbing systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work overtime, weekends, and additional hours as needed to support business operationsAbility to safely work at heights, climb ladders, and operate in confined spaces as required.High School Diploma or GEDMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues.Preferred10+ years of industrial electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experienceTechnical certification in industrial maintenance, outlined during their training.Working Conditions:Work is performed in a manufacturing environment working around machinery, moving equipment, and loud noise, where hearing protection is required.The environment is not climate controlled, with exposure to a wide range of temperatures depending on work area and equipment, typically ranging from 50°F to 100°F.Position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to all weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow.May be exposed to dust, paper fibers, and other airborne particulates associated with corrugated manufacturing operations.Work areas include moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, conveyors, and automated production lines, requiring strict adherence to all safety procedures.Duties may include working in elevated areas, confined spaces, and around energized equipment, following established safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift.Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 75 lbs. is required.A portion of the work may be performed in an office environment, including time spent on the computer or phone as needed for documentation, reporting, and communication.Shift work, overtime, & weekends, may be required to support production demands and minimize downtime.Must comply with all company
