We boldly go. The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for training both new and experienced associates across a variety of positions throughout the facility. This role identifies training needs, conducts standard work audits, supports the creation and updating of standard work, maintains training records, assists with onboarding, and serves as a substitute in most positions throughout the facility, including Team Leader roles, as needed. This position is on 2nd shift, 2:30-11:00 pm and will report to the outbound supervisor on 2nd shift. Flexibility in shift may is required regularly to meet operations demandKey Responsibilities* Deliver training to new and experienced associates across a variety of roles within the facility.* Identify training needs and skill gaps to support workforce capability and performance.* Conduct standard work audits to ensure procedures are understood, followed, and consistently applied.* Develop, update, and maintain standard work documentation and training records.* Support onboarding and development of newly hired associates.* Apply Lean Methodologies and Operational Excellence Principles to identify improvement opportunities and enhance consistency.* Share best practices across teams and production lines to support operational excellence.* Provide operational support by serving as a substitute in most warehouse roles, including Team Leader positions, as needed.* Promote a culture aligned with company values, leadership principles, safety expectations, and continuous improvement.* Serve as a steward to others and keep Operational Excellence at the heart of all work.Qualifications* Broad knowledge and demonstrated proficiency across multiple positions within the facility.* Proven ability to train, coach, and communicate effectively with associates at varying experience levels.* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Oracle, and other relevant business systems.* Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and positively influence others.* Working knowledge of Lean Methodologies and Operational Excellence Principles.* Ability to develop and maintain standard work documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.* Flexibility to support varying shift schedules based on facility training needs.* Demonstrated commitment to stewardship, teamwork, and a culture of Operational Excellence.Key Competencies* Training and Coaching Effectiveness: Ability to train, coach, and support associates in a clear, structured, and effective manner across a variety of warehouse roles.* Communication Skills: Communicates clearly, professionally, and respectfully with associates, team leaders, and supervisors.* Leadership and Mentorship: Leads by example, supports associate development, and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.* Operational Knowledge: Demonstrates broad knowledge of warehouse processes and standard work across multiple positions.* Audit and Process Discipline: Maintains strong attention to detail and reinforces adherence to established procedures and standards.* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Applies Lean Methodologies and Operational Excellence Principles to improve training and operational effectiveness.* Initiative and Self-Direction: Works independently, identifies needs proactively, and follows through on improvement opportunities.* Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjusts effectively to changing priorities, staffing needs, and shift schedules.* Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing: Partners effectively across teams and shares best practices to support consistency throughout the facility.* Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintains accurate and timely training records, audit documentation, and standard work updates.* Safety Awareness and Accountability: Promotes safe work practices and reinforces compliance in a Safety Sensitive environment.* Stewardship and Culture Alignment: Acts as a steward to others and supports a culture aligned with company values, leadership principles, and Operational Excellence.**Roční základní platové rozpětí nebo hodinové základní mzdové rozpětí:**$28.80**Typ odměny:**Hodinový**Způsobilé pro incentivu:**No**Nárok na prodejní provizi:**No**Prohlášení o vyloučení odpovědnosti**Usilujeme o poskytování konkurenceschopného finančního ohodnocení na této pozici, které je přizpůsobeno různým faktorům.
