Strategic Sourcing Consultant

Position Summary Drive supply chain transformation programs focused on manufacturing, operations, and digital enablement. In this role, you will help clients improve production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain. You will support solution design and implementation, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in complex environments. You will work closely with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting1+ years of experience analyzing business processes, operational workflows, or value chain performance1+ years of experience supporting the implementation of enterprise technology, digital, or analytics-enabled solutionsExperience developing process documentation, business requirements, or client deliverablesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: 1+ year of Ivalua experience 1+ year of Procurement Intake & Orchestration (I&O) experience, e.g., Ivalua Intake Management, SAP Ariba Intake Management, or Coupa Intake & Orchestration; or other I&O experience such as Zip, Oro, Levelpath, Omnea, Elementum, Vertice, Lio, etc.2+ years of experience in manufacturing transformation, supply network operations, or plant operations improvementExperience with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution systems, or supply chain planning platformsExperience with data analysis, dashboarding, or reporting tools used to support operational decision-makingExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and information technology The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
