Medical Scheduler

About the Role:

Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by keeping our clinical operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect necessary demographic information

Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system

Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in medical scheduling, medical reception, or a healthcare administrative role preferred

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software

Knowledge of insurance verification and basic medical billing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy requirements

Able to be trained.
