What You Will Be Doing Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills sessions for K‑8 groups, adapting existing content and creating new modules as needed. Conduct daily individual and small‑group coaching conversations that drive each student toward their weekly app targets, leveraging Coachbot data and Alpha’s reward systems. Oversee Test2Pass administration for each life skill and coach students who fall short until mastery is achieved. Adjust your approach across a developmental range from kindergarteners requiring kinetic engagement to eighth graders who respond to direct conversation and personal accountability. Analyze weekly cohort metrics, identify students behind target, and recalibrate methods for the upcoming week based on data insights. What You Won’t Be Doing Deliver academic content on a whiteboard; the apps handle instruction. Construct a complete curriculum from scratch; you start with an established framework. Passively monitor students on devices; the model is dynamic and individualized. Seek administrative approval for at‑risk students; you decide and implement coaching immediately. Assess assignments, conduct standardized exam prep, or handle parent correspondence.
