Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Job Description

The QuickBooks Bookkeeper plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, working both independently and as part of an accounting team. This role involves ensuring timely preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and managing various accounting tasks to support the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
Manage invoicing and timely collections
Track and categorize expenses
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
Strong skills in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management abilities
