Focus Practice Management is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being the point of contact for potential candidates as well as working with firms to help meet the companys hiring needs. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future clients.This position will be someone who is looking to be a team leader. They will be a person that can help develop and grow our Recruitment division to a place that law firms will be able to rely on for their placement needs for Attorneys & Paralegals. You will also be tasked with hiring for internal positions such as Accountants, Administrative Staff, IT, Marketing, etc.Responsibilities:Work with Focus & our clients to develop/alter job postings based off needMaintain the companys hiring platforms and work with Marketing to advertise hiring needs on social mediaQualify or reject candidates based on resume reviewsSend letters of hire or declination based off interview notesServe as contact person for questions from candidatesWork with reputable law schools to find candidates for Summer Associate and Entry Level positionsReport updates during monthly meetingsSchedule interviewsKnowledge of international visa status a plusExpected qualifications:Effective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suite3+ years recruitment experience a mustExperience in the legal industryUnderstanding of financial cyclesHere are a few examples of what you'll get for the great work you provide:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offFocus Practice Management is a practice management company serving the administrative needs of law firms and other licensed professionals.
