WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Store Lead, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, employee development, inventory accuracy, and efficient day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead daily branch operations and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and sales partners to deliver exceptional service Manage workflow priorities to ensure timely receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in company systems Resolve customer, vendor, warranty, and receiving issues while ensuring timely follow‑up Maintain branch appearance, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures Complete and oversee operational inspections, checklists, training requirements, and facility maintenance activities Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

PAY RANGE:

$25-$30 per hour, based on experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Previous leadership experience with proven supervisory skills is required Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, or branch operations preferred Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members Self‑motivated with a commitment to operational excellence Ability to work effectively in a team environment
