Hematology & Oncology | Colorado | Close to Aspen & Vail
Start Date: Immediate
Salary Range: $600,000 - $630,000
Our organization is in search of a Medical Oncologist to become part of a cooperative, multidisciplinary oncology program located in the scenic Colorado Rockies, catering to the Western Slope.
This position is perfect for individuals looking for a fulfilling work-life balance while providing impactful patient care.
Position Highlights- General Medical Oncology practice (no subspecialty needed)
- Manage approximately 12–14 patients daily, allowing for more personalized care
- Work within a two-physician model supported by a strong team of Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and multidisciplinary resources
- Benefit from an established regional referral network
- Opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of the program
- Primarily outpatient responsibilities with minimal, phone-based on-call duties
- Inpatient care is managed by hospitalists
- Designed to promote an excellent work-life balance
- Base salary of $600K–$630K | Total compensation around $665K+
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance exceeding $30K
