Inventory Specialist

Inventory SpecialistBlue Nile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:Process E-Commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelryFulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departmentsLabeling - Print RFID tags for new jewelryReturns - Process return, orders and tag itemsStocking - Scan items into their designated binsScan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and trackingLearn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventoryCompetencies :Attention to Detail and Problem-SolvingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to receive tasks and complete in a timely fashionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamRequirementsSelf-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problemsStrong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedbackA desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectationsStrong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed1+ years of relevant experienceBasic computer skillsExperience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc)High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is requiredAbility to stand or walk for up to eight hours a dayBenefits At Blue Nile, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
