Job Summary Seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a cardiac catheterization lab setting. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Prepare the cath lab for procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and functional. Operate and monitor specialized cath lab equipment, including hemodynamic monitoring systems and imaging modalities. Administer medications and contrast agents as directed by the physician. Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies. Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures. Document procedures accurately in the patient's medical record. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols. Schedule / Shift 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Unit / Specialty Cardiac Cath Lab Experience Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting is required. Certifications BLS required. RCIS or equivalent certification is preferred. Skills Proficiency in operating cardiac cath lab equipment. Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac anatomy. Ability to perform sterile procedures. Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
