Senior Director, Product and Technology (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a strategic leader for our technology roadmap, reporting to the VP of Solutions.
You will manage our Salesforce Administrator and Junior Product Developer.

Responsibilities:

Own product strategy and delivery, including the Fellow Portal and AI tools.
Manage our tech stack, vendors, cybersecurity, and data.
Collaborate across teams to align technology with our mission.

Qualifications:

6-8 years in product/tech, with 3+ years managing technical staff.
Salesforce, Agile, API, and data security expertise required.
