Job Description:At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday eventEnsuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party plannerGathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests backSetting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party eventUpholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)POSITION REQUIREMENTSPrior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not requiredGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skillsCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to workdays, nights and/or weekendsPERKS!Main Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part to ensure we give you what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)We help others grow!
