We’re modernizing how DSS communicates and manages information. And we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a cornerstone of that transformation. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Document Automation (EDA) initiative — a large-scale modernization of our IBM FileNet IS/P8 enterprise content management system . You’ll oversee a complex, mission-critical project that automates client document workflows, enhances communication systems, and drives operational efficiency across DSS programs including SNAP, Medicaid, and Cash Assistance .
