Facilities Systems Tech Coordinator

Job Description Collin County is seeking candidates for the position of Facilities Technical Coordinator. A Facilities Technical Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, supervising and coordinating activities of facilities personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the Director of Facilities. Primary Functions Scheduling, interviewing, hiring, conducting performance reviews and delegating job duties. Managing repairs, maintenance and security of buildings and grounds. Updating and compiling facility information, records and reports. Directing the training of employees. Updating policies and procedures, and coordinates with and directs the work of outside contractors and other County departments. Performing site inspections to make note of needed repairs. Preparing monthly and annual reports by compiling statistical data in order to comply with state, county and departmental guidelines, and completing cost analysis for annual budget. Performing other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must possess the knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Must have at least six (6) months of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency. Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
