About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be the No.1 in the finance department, with a primary focus on FP&A and strategy. This role is pivotal in delivering insights into financial performance and driving change within the business. The VP of Finance will be responsible for developing a high-performing finance function, engaging in extensive stakeholder management, and providing commercial data and insights to support various internal departments. In-depth analysis of company performance, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple locations are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in a growing multi-site hospitality group, with experience in leading and building out a finance function, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in finance, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a VC-backed hospitality group. The role requires an individual with an acute eye for detail, high working standards, and excellent communication skills. The VP of Finance will be expected to have a strategic and commercial mindset, capable of mapping key KPIs and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
