Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location(s): San Marcos - At this time, we are only considering local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Schedule: Days & Hours: Varies, Evenings and Weekend Hours, Some on site work/local events

Estimated Hours Per Week: Part Time (5-10 hours a day)

Wages: $20-22 per hour

Ideal Candidate Criteria : We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products/services to the public. The Brand Ambassador will act as the face of the brand, build meaningful connections with current & potential customers, and enhance brand awareness.

Job Duties

• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Educate customers about the company's products/services, features, and benefits.
• Engage with consumers at events, retail locations, to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Distribute marketing materials, product samples, or promotional items.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key partners.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
• Generate content (photos, videos, posts) for social media campaigns when required.
• Report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand perception.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (depending on events).
• Work may take place at retail stores, events, trade shows, or community spaces.
• Some travel may be required
• Reliable vehicle with a clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is continuously required to stand, talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequently required to walk, sit, climb or balance; occasionally required to lift/push/pull 50lbs; specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to focus.

Work Environment : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, cold and hot temperatures. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration, fumes or chemicals, and electricity. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud at times.
