Join a professional team and help keep a commercial building running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair building equipment and mechanical systems
• Maintain pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers
• Handle basic electrical, lighting, and plumbing repairs
• Monitor and adjust building automation systems
• Complete work orders and maintenance records
• Support tenant service requests and emergency repairs
• Perform general building repairs such as painting, ceiling tiles, and minor carpentry

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience with commercial HVAC systems

✅ Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance

✅ Experience with pumps, motors, boilers, and air handling units

✅ Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues

✅ Comfortable reading blueprints and technical manuals

✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders

Work Environment

You'll work throughout a commercial building, including mechanical rooms and rooftop equipment areas. The role may include occasional on-call support for emergency situations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
