Strategic Account Manager - Louisiana and Mississippi

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Account Manager to represent SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands across Louisiana and Mississippi. The role involves field-based direct selling of physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing equipment to aesthetic customers, with expectations of five days per week in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas for skincare, consumables, and equipment across designated territory
  • Execute device placements and pull-through product promotions; create territory call plans
  • Educate customers on DiamondGlow treatments and product features through individual and group presentations
  • Manage field assets, expenses, and resources; assess territory metrics to develop business plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SkinMedica portfolio adoption and customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience; B2B2C sales experience preferred
  • Aesthetics sales background or skin care company experience highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel and lift 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proven selling ability
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
