Personal BankerPersonal Bankers are relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve financial wellbeing and confidence in their financial future. They build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their unique financial goals, recommending tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a seamless and accurate account opening experience.Personal Bankers are expected to actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through enthusiastic, ethical promotion of bank products through cold calling, daily outbound calls and sales meetings, and group presentations of appropriate consumer and small business banking products and services. Personal Bankers will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues promptly, building lasting relationships, and taking ownership of client needs through successful resolution.The Personal Banker position pays a range of $20.00 to $24.50 per hour depending on experience. The position involves standing most of the workday. The position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. Position requires lifting and/or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
