Product Manager

Operations, Finance, Product, and People Full role brief Product Manager Turn merchant needs into MakePay product decisions. This role owns product discovery, prioritization, and delivery coordination for MakePay payment workflows. You will connect merchant feedback, engineering constraints, and go-to-market needs into focused product execution. Improve MakePay's ability to ship the right merchant features at the right time. Create clearer requirements for checkout, dashboard, subscriptions, customer portal, and operational flows. Help teams make product decisions with better context and fewer noisy handoffs. What you will own Own discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery planning for core MakePay product workflows. Translate merchant, support, sales, and engineering input into clear product briefs. Track launch readiness, success metrics, open risks, and follow-up improvements. What you bring Product management experience with SaaS, fintech, payments, commerce, or developer-adjacent products. Ability to write crisp product requirements for complex technical workflows. Strong judgment around sequencing, tradeoffs, stakeholder alignment, and launch quality. Nice to have Experience with crypto payments, wallets, webhooks, subscriptions, or merchant dashboards. Comfort reading API docs, logs, analytics, and support tickets to understand product behavior. Experience working with distributed teams across US, Dubai, and Asia time zones. First 90 days Own a product brief and delivery plan for one high-priority merchant workflow. Create a visible roadmap view for engineering, design, support, and commercial teams.
