It utilizes advanced custom equipment for hydraulic fracturing to maximize well output, streamline operations, and enhance supply chain efficiency.At PF Holdings, our portfolio of established and dependable companies reliably operate efficiently and effectively, driving innovation and commercial success for the future, for the benefit of industry, our clients, and the world.Perform routine and preventive maintenance in order to maintain a safe and orderly environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect building and other structures to determine functional systems and defect malfunctionsCoordinate work projects and establish prioritiesPerform basic carpentry repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, window frames, office furniture, shelves, etc.Assemble new equipmentAssist with the setup of facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc.Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, high pressure washers, squeegees, etc.Utilize tools and equipment in performing building maintenance including, but not limited to, ladders, hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, small drills, pliers, paint brushes, etc.Secure building when facilities are not in use checking for unlocked doors, report any unauthorized occupants, turn off lightsMove furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basisTroubleshoot and repair minor plumbing and electrical issuesAssist in performing minor HVAC workReconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and spaceReplace a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessoriesChange filters on various ventilation unitsMaintain grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly mannerSecure storage areasEnsure cleaning materials and supplies are stored in a safe and orderly mannerReport and respond to emergency maintenance requests as requiredRemove trash in accordance with established proceduresReplaces or updates inoperable materials and appliancesUnderstand the functions and operations of all equipmentPromote safety awarenessPerforms other related duties as required.Educational and Other Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum three years of custodial/ maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipmentKnowledge of carpentry, plumbing, grounds keeping, and appliance repairKnowledge of safety practices and proceduresAbility to safely dispose hazardous materialsAbility to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and productsAbility to understand and carry out oral and written directionsSensitive to confidential informationMust work independently and as a member of teamMental and Physical Requirements:Able to read, speak and write English.Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions.Standing, walking, speaking, hearing- frequentBending/Stooping, twisting, lifting – occasionalStrong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workloadPerform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your entire body, such as handling, installing, positioning, and moving of materialsGripping, reaching, writing, fingering (data entry), handling (paper, files, etc) – frequentAble to work under stressful conditions at times.Lifting up to 50lbs on occasionCommunication - phone communication, communication with personnel and vendorsSeeing - able to see the computer screenClimbing - able to go up and down stairsPosition will require a minimum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise directed by supervisor.This job description should not be interpreted as an exhaustive list of responsibilities or as an employment agreement between the employer and employee.
