Join a vibrant college café serving handcrafted coffee and beverages in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to quality

Provide friendly, engaging customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus guests

Operate POS/cash register accurately and efficiently

Assist with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining an inviting café display

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and service areas

Follow food safety, sanitation, and campus service standards

Work collaboratively as part of a supportive campus dining team

Schedule: We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM- 9 PM. We work to create a schedule that works for everyone. Summers off!

Pay Type: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Greet guests cheerfully, answering guest questions, taking orders, accepting payments, and preparing and serving food and drinks

Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area; updating displays; and continuously expanding their knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation

Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile

Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations

Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies

Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items

Assist in training new Team Members

Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management

Record all transactions in the point-of-sale system

Collect payments by accepting cash, credit, debit, or flex dollars, per venue requirements

Balance bank by counting drawer at the beginning and end of shift

Barista experience preferred

Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred

Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
