** Job Summary **
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated pre Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury support, with 2+ years experience in personal injury. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal assistance throughout the litigation process.
** Responsibilities **
- Prepare medical chronologies, maintain medical bill summaries, and drafting settlement letters..
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, doctors, insurance companies and others
** Qualifications **
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 2 years personal injury paralegal experience.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal drafting with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
