Systems AnalystSeeking a Systems Analyst to manage Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and boundary applications (80% functional, 20% technical).Shift: Mon to Fri | 8 AM to 5 PM CSTManage Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and boundary applications (80% functional, 20% technical)Review Order to Cash processes across: hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundlesDesign and own billing processes including:E invoicing (international compliance)Project and non project billingInvoice documentationAdminister integrations across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and boundary systemsTroubleshoot and debug system issues with business level root cause analysisLeverage Oracle AI and Agentic AI for improved efficiency and outcomesDrive process simplification and best practice adoptionCollaborate with global stakeholders across US and EMEA in an Agile environmentRole focused within the Order to Cash (O2C) process area.Balance day-to-day operational support activities, working closely with Application Managed Services (AMS) partners, while also leading and contributing to system enhancements, process improvements, and project-based initiatives.Transform, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related applicationsSupport Finance business needs across global operationsCollaborate cross functionally to optimize:BillingRevenueCollectionsIntercompanyAccountingYour Oracle expertise will be essential in delivering innovative and user friendly solutions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of Order to Cash and IT experience2+ years of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS O2C experienceStrong analytical skillsThe position requires hands-on experience with Oracle Order to Cash implementations over the last 5 years.Candidates must demonstrate deep technical knowledge beyond general summaries.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environmentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCandidate must be able to hit the ground running and immediately contributeA strong understanding of the complete customer order lifecycle and associated upstream and downstream business processes. This includes knowledge of how customer orders, subscriptions, and service-related transactions flow through the organization and ultimately drive invoice generation, revenue management, and accounting activities.Hands-on experience working within the Oracle ecosystem, specifically:Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premisesOracle Revenue Management Cloud or related Oracle Cloud financial applicationsThe ideal candidate will understand the integration and data flow between customer orders, purchase orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounting systems, and be able to identify impacts across interconnected business processes and applications.IT functional consultants with Oracle Order to Cash expertise are strongly preferred.Candidates from Finance or Accounting organizations will also be considered if they have actively participated in Oracle implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects and possess a solid understanding of the underlying technology, system integrations, and business process architecture.Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support operational activities and project delivery is highly desirable.Benefits:Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
