Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 4 years of experience in software development working with C++, Tuxedo, .Net, WebServices. • At least 1 year of Lead experience to lead a team • At least 2 year of experience in project lead activities not limited to estimation, resource management, prioritization, execution. • Candidate must have experience to work in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model. • Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development • Must be able to collaborate with offshore team • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Ability to research new and emerging technologies • Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
