Aerospace Assembler – Electronics

Location: Everett, WA

Payrate: $28

Shift: 6:00am–3:30pm (Mon–Thurs) and 6:00am–2:30pm every other Friday

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembler This role supports the assembly, modification, and testing of intricate electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electronic assemblies
• Perform precision hand soldering and rework
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Build initial layouts and perform continuity checks
• Strip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and components
• Modify, rework, and test assemblies as needed
• Support and train lower-level assemblers
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with complex wire harness assembly
• Strong hand soldering and de-soldering skills
• Ability to interpret schematics and assembly drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and microscopes
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Everett,WA.
