CNC Machinists – 1st & 2nd Shift | East Hartford, CT | Up to $38/hr + 15% Shift Differential + Excellent Benefits!

A growing precision manufacturing company is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in East Hartford, CT.

Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• $26.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)

• 15% shift differential (2nd shift)

What We're Looking For:

12+ years of CNC machining experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Experience with 3, 4 & 5-axis Gantry and Horizontal Mills
Fanuc and/or Okuma controls experience
Ability to perform machine setups, set tooling, adjust offsets, and run multiple machines
Experience holding tight tolerances to ±.0005
Proficient using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, indicators, and height gauges
Experience machining Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum
Knowledge of GD&T, blueprint/operation sheet reading, and Renishaw probing systems

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $79,040.00 per year
