You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping our production success. Responsibilities Champion efficient, cost‑effective production practices that keep us hitting ambitious goals. Direct and prioritize workflow across assembly, stepping in quickly to resolve issues and keep operations moving. Lead, mentor, and evaluate production employees, ensuring they have the tools and support to excel. Build strong teams through effective onboarding, training, and clear communication of expectations. Coordinate daily production activities to maintain schedules and meet customer demands. Ensure all production staff are fully trained and confident in their responsibilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges. Communicate production updates and concerns to department managers. Review, evaluate, and process production jobs — including supporting expedited requests. Conduct regular employee evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is ideal. 3–5 years managing teams of 5+ employees. IPC‑610/620 certification is a bonus. Strong computer skills, including office software, ERP, and CRM systems. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and meet KPIs. Confident public speaking and presentation abilities. Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr. Will get upon request Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Centennial, CO.
