Field Labor Coordinator- Mechanical Construction in Hicksville

ACS System Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Estimator to join our Estimation Department as an integral part of our team. The need is for a Field Labor Coordinator to support our mechanical construction operations across New York. This position plays a key role in ensuring the right personnel are in the right place at the right time, keeping projects running efficiently and safely. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate daily labor assignments for field crews across multiple job sites Communicate staffing needs with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors Track workforce attendance, hours, and productivity Support planning to prevent labor shortages or downtime Requirements: 2 + years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in mechanical (HVAC, piping, plumbing) Strong understanding of construction site operations and labor workflows Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Location: Primary Location: United States-New York-Hicksville Other Locations: United States-New York-Westbury, United States-New York-Mount Vernon Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to , , , , , , protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
