• Hillsboro, TX – DFW West Hub
• Corsicana, TX – DFW East Hub
• Sandy Oaks, TX – San Antonio West Hub
• Floresville, TX – San Antonio East Hub
• Cuero, TX – Houston West Hub
• Wharton, TX – Houston East Hub

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Earning Potential: $100,000+ annually for top performers
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + Vehicle Allowance

Schedule: 5 days/week, including Saturday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CT
Quota: 24 installs/month to maintain standard schedule

• Car Allowance: $200 bi-weekly
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 45 days
• Commission: Based on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • First 90 days: 3× MRR per install
  • 0–29 installs/month: 2× MRR
  • 30+ installs/month: 3× MRR
  • Commissions paid bi-weekly following installation

Position Summary:
Seeking motivated, results-driven sales professionals to sell residential high-speed internet services within assigned Texas territories. This is a face-to-face, field-based sales role with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to homeowners.
• Generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Educate customers on internet service options.
• Handle questions and overcome objections.
• Close new business and meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Commission-based sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Training provided at Waller, Adkins, or Alvarado, TX .

• Hotel accommodations provided if needed.
• Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
• Mon–Tue: 8 AM–5 PM
• Wed–Thu: 9 AM–6 PM
• Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
• Classroom training + field training + final assessment.
