Residential Sales RepresentativeThe Residential Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals. They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. A Residential Sales Representative must have a proficient understanding of residential Culligan products and will be responsible for assisting residential leads/ potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives.Duties and responsibilities include:Build long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.Develop and refine sales tools, including presentations, financial docs, and lead generation methods.Manage all leads and appointments professionally and promptly.Attend scheduled sales calls with integrity and preparation.Accurately record sales activities in CRM systems.Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge of all residential Culligan offerings.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate, policy-aligned solutions.Deliver effective, educational sales presentations.Meet sales targets using both company-provided leads and self-generated efforts.Document installation details clearly, including pumps, electrical, and drainage needs.Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.Keep customer information secure and confidential.Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.Achieve or exceed minimum sales performance standards.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Job perks include:Introductory period guaranteed training pay for 90 to 180 daysVehicle allowanceCompany provided discounts401k and employer matchingMedical Insurance with employer contributionCompany provided life insurance and long-term disabilityOther Group Insurance including: short-term disability, dental, vision, and supplementalCompany discountsEvent involvementLearning and development opportunitiesWe offer a competitive compensation package, with on-target earnings ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
