Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Join Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism. This role is based out of our Ontario, Oregon clinic, and requires regular travel to our ABA clinics throughout Eastern Oregon. Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will provide essential services to children experiencing autism in various settings including their homes, the clinic, and the community. Your work will involve utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and will include the following key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments. Administer various developmental assessments such as VB MAPP, ABLS, and Vineland. Develop thorough behavior-analytic treatment plans that comply with Medicaid guidelines. Create semi-annual member progress reports for ongoing treatment authorization. Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on each child's progression. Efficiently manage your caseload and ensure required documentation is completed promptly. Guarantee accurate and timely member medical record billing. Support the hiring process of Behavior Interventionists, including participation in interviews. Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to implement tailored, evidence-based interventions. Conduct monthly client supervision at a minimum level of 10%. Offer ongoing training in ABA principles and practices. Collaborate with families to develop effective behavior support strategies. Travel to meetings or other GOBHI locations as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements A minimum of three years of experience working directly with children with autism or severe behavioral challenges. Experience in conducting early childhood language and developmental assessments. Background in Early Intensive Behavior Intervention services. Skills in writing comprehensive and focused treatment plans. Experience supervising Registered Behavior Interventionists. Experience working with underserved rural populations. An ability to engage positively with members, families, and staff, exhibiting compassion and a cheerful disposition. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Effective communication skills across various levels. Proficiency in technology, including MS software, Google Suite, data collection software, and iOS. A valid driver's license with a good driving record and required vehicle insurance. A Master's degree in a relevant field and current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analysts Certification Board.
