Service Coordinator

WZC Networking is an RF engineering and low-voltage integration firm serving commercial, enterprise, and multi-family clients across the Midwest. We design and install distributed antenna systems (DAS), emergency responder radio communication systems (ERCES), structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and access control, and we support those systems long after turnover. We are an authorized partner of JMA Wireless and Comba Telecom. The Role The Project Coordinator is the hub of our field operations. You keep technicians scheduled, service tickets moving, and clients informed. If you are organized, calm under a full inbox, and good with people on the phone, this is a role where you will see the direct result of your work every day. This is a growth position. You do not need a background in low-voltage or wireless. You need to be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn an industry that is expanding fast. What You'll Do Schedule and dispatch field technicians across active project and service locations Respond promptly to incoming service tickets and keep clients updated through resolution Coordinate site visits, building access, and scheduling windows directly with clients and property contacts Work alongside project managers and the field team to make sure every job site is properly staffed Track technician availability and daily assignments Maintain accurate records of project and service activity in our systems Escalate schedule conflicts, access issues, and material shortfalls before they become delays What We're Looking For 1 to 2 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, administrative support, customer service, or project coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will talk to clients, technicians, and building contacts all day Comfortable juggling several moving pieces at once and reprioritizing when the day changes Solid computer skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation and the ability to work on‑site in Novi, MI Nice to Have Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, or Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Background in construction, low-voltage, telecom, field services, or a trades environment Familiarity with dispatch or work‑order management platforms Compensation and Benefits $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) Clear path into project management as the company grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
