Job Description Job Description Title Clerk Overland Park, KS & Downtown KCMO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $21ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Title Clerk / Title Processor for a contract-to-hire opportunity. While prior title experience is a plus, this role is also open to candidates with high-volume, detail-driven customer service or administrative backgrounds who are eager to learn a new process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys working with accuracy and documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process and review vehicle titles and related documentation for accuracy and completion Verify information, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state requirements Perform high-volume data entry and document processing Communicate with customers, dealerships, or internal teams to resolve title issues Track and maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and supporting paperwork Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of transactions Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive or time-sensitive information Support general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and reporting QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks Ability to handle high-volume processing and tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability Ability to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Search managed by: Claire Grossman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
