Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Location

Fort Worth, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including premature infants, in a high-acuity setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, responding promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and clinical staff within a 63-bed NICU unit
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start
• Experience providing care to premature and neonatal patients
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Must submit a valid, active driver's license with submission packet

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Registered Nurse Certified (RNC) certification preferred
• Prior experience in a Level 2 Trauma NICU environment
