Step into a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting students across multiple school sites as a full-time Occupational Therapist. Work alongside a dedicated team, including four OTs and two COTAs, providing essential onsite support for PreK-12 students throughout the school year. This contract position extends from ASAP through May 27, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license and registration
• Previous school-based or pediatric setting experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to travel between 1-3 school sites as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy services for students PreK-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation in school routines
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs and site requirements
• Participate in team meetings, including problem-solving and best-practice sharing
