Job Overview As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production, building and facilities equipment. We're currently hiring an Maintenance Electrician for 1 st Shift schedule starting 4:00am Monday-Friday (occasional overtime).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and variable speed drive controlled high speed production equipment and batch processes. Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools. Interpret schematics and equipment manuals. Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time. Utilize online service maintenance application to accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventative maintenance performed throughout the course of the day, including searching, and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues, and entering inspection/measurement points. Maintenance and work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI’s.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED At least 6 years ’ experience in electrical (480V and Control 120/24V DC). Familiar with conveyer systems, background in ladder logic Background in food packaging is a plus! Pacific Cheese is a drug free workplace; pre-employment includes drug screen.
