Ability to lead electrical commissioning execution, guide technical teams, and support complex project coordination. Advanced understanding of MEP systems, controls, and integrated building operations. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, commissioning plans, trend data, and technical documentation. Strong technical troubleshooting, quality assurance, leadership, communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commissioning documentation tools or project software. Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent foundational experience through a trade program, military service, or field commissioning experience will be considered. Experience leading commissioning teams or complex commissioning efforts in mission-critical facilities, data centers, healthcare facilities, or other high-reliability environments. Experience supporting project planning, resource coordination, client communication, issue escalation, and commissioning closeout across multiple projects or teams. Professional certifications or ongoing development related to commissioning, building performance, project leadership, people leadership, or electrical systems. Certifications PE, LEED, CxA, PMP, and/or other equivalent certifications strongly preferred. Working Conditions: Typical Travel: Up to 75%.
