To disseminate drug information to the patients, physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education. As evidenced by an active Pharmacy License.Licensure: Current license to practice Pharmacy in the State of GeorgiaExperience: Previous hospital experience is desired, but not necessarySkills: Ability to communicate with members of the Medical Staff and Medical Center and apply educational database to carry out job responsibilities in an efficient and proficient mannerPHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONSWork area should be well lighted. Work schedule requires flexible and rotating hours. May be required to handle hazardous drugs. Rather demanding job requiring considerable activity and long periods of being on one's feet.
