About this Role The Senior Transformation Program Manager is a strategic and execution‑focused leader responsible for driving high‑impact transformation initiatives that enable growth, operational efficiency and commercial excellence across the Commercial HVAC Americas business. This role partners closely with senior leadership, sales, service and operations teams to translate business strategy into scalable processes, tools and capabilities. The position plays a critical role in advancing enterprise priorities through cross‑functional execution, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Transformation & Strategic Execution: Lead and execute cross‑functional transformation initiatives aligned to CHVAC Americas strategic priorities; translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, programs and measurable outcomes; drive operational improvements across sales, service and support functions to enhance productivity and customer impact. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and standardize best practices across the organization; partner with key stakeholders to modernize tools, systems and workflows; implement governance and tracking mechanisms to ensure delivery against key milestones and KPIs. Sales & Service Enablement: Support development and deployment of enablement programs that improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement; collaborate with sales and service leadership to identify capability gaps and drive targeted improvements; leverage analytics and insights to inform performance optimization. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive organizational alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change management; build strong relationships across functions and levels to influence outcomes and drive accountability; communicate progress, risks and outcomes effectively to senior leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of program or project management experience. 25% travel, including international. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. PMP certification. Leadership coaching and development experience. Experience in industrials, HVAC or related sectors. Proven ability to translate strategy into execution in a complex, matrixed environment. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 and $234,500.00, inclusive of bonuses and other compensation.
