Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $50 per hour plus commissions and a sign‑on bonus up to $2,500. Location: Berlin Township, NJ Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) plus overtime and monthly on‑call rotation. Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License. Coordinate with the service team to ensure all technical documentation and parts orders are processed accurately. Required Qualifications & Experience 2‑3+ years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to master the trade. Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company safety standards. Ability to work overtime and participate in a weekend on‑call rotation once per month. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced troubleshooting skills in diverse residential heating and cooling systems. Proven track record of success in a fast‑paced, competitive, and team‑oriented environment. Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry innovations.
