Candidate must be able to attend first-day orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Biweekly (3 shifts/2 shifts Rotation)

Requirements
- NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA/RQI)
- One (1) year of previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Support residents' nutritional needs during meal delivery and feeding.
- Implement rehabilitative care as outlined in the resident care plan, including range of motion exercises and transfers.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the Charge Nurse promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols including managing potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
