Licensed Residential Service Plumber (No Sales Required)

Job Description

DFW PipePros is hiring two full-time licensed plumbers to service North DFW.

If you're a plumber who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, making quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time, we'd like to talk with you.

This is not a commission-driven sales position. We don't expect our plumbers to upsell customers or meet sales quotas. Your job is to accurately diagnose the problem, communicate with the office regarding repair options, and complete professional, code-compliant work.

We believe great plumbers are defined by their skill, judgment, and workmanship—not by how much they sell.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
Perform clean, code-compliant work.
Communicate repair options to our office honestly and professionally.
Take ownership of your work and solve problems independently.

Qualifications

Active Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and Texas plumbing codes
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
