Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the financial industry, is seeking an L1 Support Consultant for their Evansville, IN location. The right individual will have some type of call center / service desk / monitoring background, and ideally have experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or Jira.
