As a Clinical Supervisor , you'll guide and develop a team of counselors delivering substance use and behavioral health services. You'll balance hands-on clinical leadership with a caseload of your own, shaping how care is delivered while staying connected to the people it serves. If you're a licensed clinician ready to multiply your impact through the team around you, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct clinical supervision and support to program staff.
• Assign counselor caseloads and oversee ongoing caseload management.
• Oversee the group schedule and psycho-educational groups as needed.
• Attend and facilitate clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
• Perform assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and DPH compliance.
• Monitor and coordinate services for the individuals served.
• Partner with the Program Director on employee evaluations.
• Maintain your own caseload while guiding the caseload management of others.
• Meet direct-service productivity standards established by the program.
• Monitor the formulation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
• Maintain clinical licensure and continuing education requirements.

Who You Are

• Master's degree in a related field (required) .
• Current licensure as LMHC or LICSW (required) .
• At least three years of experience in Human Services (required) .
• At least two years of supervisory experience (required) .
• Experience working with substance use and dual-diagnosis populations.
• Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.

Compensation & Location

Annual Pay $80,000 – $85,000

Sign-On  Bonus: $ 1,000after 95 days 

Location: Split evenly between Orange and Greenfield, MA
